Does the $10,000 membership include our trips?
No. It is an annual planning and concierge service fee per family. Flights, accommodations, cruises, activities, transfers, insurance, and other travel purchases are separate. Trip budgets and supplier terms are reviewed before booking.
Do we need a luxury travel budget?
No. We plan around the budget you choose for each trip. The annual membership is a substantial separate expense, so a consultation helps determine whether ongoing concierge support makes sense for how often you travel.
Can you plan for a family of five or a bigger group?
Yes. Share everyone's ages, room needs, and preferred sleeping arrangements. We can research suitable room configurations and options for grandparents, extended family, or multiple households traveling together.
What if we don't know where we want to go?
That's a great place to start. Use the concierge planner to share your dates, budget, and what your family enjoys. Your advisor can help narrow the possibilities.
How do inquiries and membership requests work?
The planner creates a trip brief you can review, copy, or download. The email button opens your own email app with the brief addressed to Ashley. You must send the email to deliver it. A request does not enroll you, reserve travel, or charge a fee.
Is this a 24/7 emergency concierge?
Round-the-clock emergency support is not included in the offer shown here. Service hours and support arrangements are confirmed in your agreement. Travel protection and supplier emergency contacts should be considered separately.
