What is a travel concierge?
A travel concierge is a personal planning partner who gets to know your needs, researches suitable options, helps explain costs and trade-offs, and coordinates approved details within an agreed service scope. You remain in control of your travel choices and spending.
What does annual membership mean?
It means an ongoing family planning relationship for a $10,000 USD annual service fee, with the included services and limits defined in your agreement. It is not a travel credit or an all-inclusive vacation package. Trip volume, covered travelers, service hours, additional fees, renewal, and cancellation terms are reviewed before enrollment.
Does the $10,000 membership include our trips?
No. It is an annual planning and concierge service fee per family. Flights, accommodations, cruises, activities, transfers, insurance, and other travel purchases are separate. Trip budgets and supplier terms are reviewed before booking.
Do we need a luxury travel budget?
No. We plan around the budget you choose for each trip. The annual membership is a substantial separate expense, so a consultation helps determine whether ongoing concierge support makes sense for how often you travel.
Can you plan for a family of five or a bigger group?
Yes. Share everyone's ages, room needs, and preferred sleeping arrangements. We can research suitable room configurations and options for grandparents, extended family, or multiple households traveling together.
How does group travel planning work?
Start with one organizer, an estimated headcount, dates, departure airports, room needs, and a budget per person, household, or entire group. We discuss the planning scope and any fees before proceeding. Supplier deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rules, and group benefits vary and are reviewed before booking.
What if we don't know where we want to go?
That's a great place to start. Use the concierge planner to share your dates, budget, and what your family or group enjoys. Your advisor can help narrow the possibilities.
How do inquiries and membership requests work?
The planner creates a trip brief you can review, copy, or download. It does not submit an inquiry or notify a concierge. When ELAVOYA shares contact details directly with you, you can use those details to send your brief. Preparing a brief does not enroll you, reserve travel, or charge a fee.
Is this a 24/7 emergency concierge?
Round-the-clock emergency support is not included in the offer shown here. Service hours and support arrangements are confirmed in your agreement. Travel protection and supplier emergency contacts should be considered separately.
